Mary Ndung’u, drawing on over 22 years at Procter & Gamble leading community initiatives, witnessed firsthand the silent crisis affecting girls’ education, menstrual health barriers that caused absenteeism and loss of dignity. What began as targeted awareness campaigns evolved into a structured, scalable empowerment model built on:
